There was a great turnout as families, friends and community members said their goodbyes to members of the Ironman Battalion at Cedar Falls High School on May 28th. After long bus rides, the Ironman Battalion will reassemble at Fort Johnson (formerly Fort Polk) in Louisiana for intensive training before overseas deployment.
