Creating an amazing mango salsa that is nutritios and delicious has never been so easy!! Just add the following ingridiants

Mango – sweet and juicy, it’s the star of the recipe.
Red bell pepper – adds color, texture and a bit more sweet
Brocolli Microgreens - Adds freshness, texture, crunch, and a whole lot of nutrition
Red onion – adds more color, crunch and mild onion flavor.
Jalapeno – lends a little spicy heat and color.
Cilantro – this fresh herby green adds a punch of citrusy notes.
Lime – balances the sweetness with its slight bitter and sour juices.
Salt – just a healthy pinch will bring out all the flavors.

Chop all ingredians and mix em in a bowl with the microgreens sprinkled on top and your good to go! Happy chip dipping!!

With a commitment to affordability and quality, Yusuf decided to focus on microgreens as a source of nutrient-dense, fresh produce that could be grown and distributed locally.
