The district's 7th-grade students are diving into the fascinating concepts of kinetic and potential energy as they prepare for an exciting science field trip next month!

Service Learning Spotlight at Central Middle School!

Central 7th grade Expanded Learning Program students designed an Angel Tree Project to give back to families at the House of Hope. The students did all of the organization from coordinating with the Volunteer Director, collecting donations, and shopping for the presents. They made holiday cards, wrapped the presents, and delivered them. The students developed budgets and followed up with school staff to report back on the project. The House of Hope staff generously gave a tour and spoke about their mission. Our students look forward to continuing their partnership with the House of Hope and are working on posters to raise awareness. Thank you for your collaboration House of Hope!

Mr Yazzie and friends shared the life and culture of Native Americans to the district’s 1st grade students with a Pow Wow like experience. We had a great time!!

Our 10th-grade students from East High School and Expo ALC had an exciting day exploring their chosen career paths! Today's experience included site tours, hands-on activities, and engaging Q&A sessions with professionals in various fields.
