DATE NIGHT!
When you have a legitimate issue in your apartment, Do not withhold rent. You put it in Escrow.
Always contact the managers on the Property when you have an unresolved issue!
If you are behind on your rent and have a manintnace request please put in the manintace request. One has absolutely nothing to do with the other.
2 things that makes you a great resident
1. Pay your rent on time

2. Don't cause damage to the property.
Leading up to your apartment search be sure not to open up any new lines of credit. It can effect your security deposit
Make sure to always complete your 5 or 7 day Move In Checklist. List everything no matter how small or big.
