GOODProjects
Our mission is to eliminate the roadblocks to basic needs so families can define success for themselves on their pathway to achieving the American Dream.
GOODProjects is empowering youth and their families to live fulfilling lives free from poverty, while helping them develop the mindset to thrive in their own communities. We co-create with our community to provide the support families need and deserve. Our work focuses on creating the place-based, sustainable model to turn poverty-dense communities into GOODZones where 100% of our families sustain

✨ New month. New opportunities.
Sometimes we spend so much time worrying about what could go wrong that we forget to imagine what could go right.
As we continue to step into June, give yourself permission to believe that your hard work, your prayers, your goals, and your growth are leading somewhere GOOD. ❤️

Juneteenth is a day to show up, not just post. 🤎
Real change happens when we invest in our communities, support our young people, and create opportunities that last beyond a single day.
At GOODProjects, we do that year-round through youth programs, summer camp, family support, and community events that help young people thrive.
This Juneteenth, celebrate freedom, culture, and community with us at A Juneteenth Joint, June 19th at The Wharf, 12PM-6PM

National Gun Violence Awareness Month reminds us that prevention starts long before a crisis 🧡
Every young person deserves safe places to go, caring adults to turn to, and opportunities to grow.
At GOODProjects, we believe investing in youth programming, mentorship, family support, and community spaces is one of the most powerful ways to create safer neighborhoods.
Too often, conversations about community safety begin after something happens. We believe they should begin with opportunity.
When young people have access to after-school programs, summer camps, sports, arts, enrichment activities, and positive mentors, they gain more than something to do; they gain connection, support, and a community that believes in them.
In partnership with OVSJG, we’re committed to building spaces where youth feel seen, supported, and empowered year-round.
🫶🏽Tag an organization in the comments that uplifts youth and supports the community year-round. 🤝🏽
Let’s spread awareness of the people and programs doing GOOD every day❤️🧡
