Many issues factor into retailers’ site selection process. Our understanding of tenants’ needs and priorities has resulted in 350,000 sf of new retail in Philadelphia, including Target Express, Marshall's, Bloomingdales Outlets and many smaller tenants including Madewell. Our early work in DC is the foundation of the District's Retail Initiative and led to a range of catalytic projects such as DCUSA, and many tenants first in the market such as TJX, Container Store, Best Buy and West Elm. We maintain relationships with over 200 retailers and leverage these relationships along with others in the industry to help our clients achieve their goals.
