Inspired by José Andrés’ passion for innovation and experimentation this space is about testing the unknown and developing new delicious stories to tell. Guests will be able to make reservations for private holiday events from November 17, 2017 through the end of December.

Drawing on 10 years of experience from its sister concept Oyamel, Butterfly features an innovative menu of tacos and tortas - Mexican-style sandwiches - that celebrate the country’s rich regional diversity. Our ThinkFoodLab is a space to create and develop new stories to tell with rotating culinary concepts.
