One entrance is to the north, in a dip in the ground, with a hard locked door; the main entrance is to the west in the straight direction of Tenpenny Tower, not locked at all - but probably guarded. If the picture at the top right is observed closely, specifically the blank screen, you'll see a refrigerator lodged between the blank screen and the ground. There is also a chair sitting on top of the screen with what looks to be a bottle of whiskey sitting beside it.
