Some days will be harder than other, but positive self affirmations and trying to find in the good in life has helped me tremendously. Sometimes I find myself saying this many times throughout the day; just taking a step back from “irritable, discontent, and restless” situation and say this to yourself or out loud as needed. If you're reading this you're alive and that means with every breath you can change your life for the better. It won't be easy, but it will be worth it.
