Libra Dance Studio empowers your child in a community that is judgment free of themselves and others! We want to pass on the love of dance in an nurturing environment with age appropriate choreography and costuming. We offer classes for age 16 months- Adults. At Libra Dance Studio we believe that ALL dancers of ALL abilities deserve to experience the JOY of dance! This Fall we will be offering TWO All Abilities Classes with our trained and certified Rhythm Works Integrative Dance instructor!

Our owner, Laura Giacomelli had the opportunity to be a member of the 2026 Gold DanceLife Teacher Conference Faculty & OFFICIALLY graduated from the Gold Alliance.
Ms Laura presented with Tricia Gomez and Rhythm Works Integrative Dance to over 70+ dance teachers and studio owners. We focused on helping them to create more Neurodivergent Inclusive Classrooms and gave many tangible tools on how to make dance available to ALL dancers. Ms Laura also spoke on a “One decision at a time” panel with her mentors and fellow colleagues.
Lastly, she also officially graduated from The Gold Alliance which is a 6 year program that transformed her and her business. Every Friday since July of 2019 she has committed to learning and growing her business owner skills in order to bring the BEST opportunities, tools, and knowledge she can to Libra Dance Studio This was a truly transformative program that she is forever thankful for.

On this day 15 years ago Laura Giacomelli first opened the doors to Libra Dance Studio. A place that soon turned into the 2nd home for thousands of dancers over the last 15 years.
We have had the pleasure of watching lifelong friendships be made and Parents find community in fellow dance families. We have helped instill teamwork, kindness, compassion, and acceptance. We have helped them through personal struggles and celebrated them at their highs! It has been nothing short, but a complete pleasure to have been such a large part of their childhood.
Dance has always been my life’s passion. There is something so MAGICAL about DANCE and it is such a blessing to be able to share the joy of it everyday.
Thank you to every family and dancer (passed and present) for your support. You are all the reason why Libra Dance Studio is such a special place.
