We're looking for a hands-on operations professional to manage post-foreclosure properties through pre-marketing readiness and conveyance.

Ideal experience includes:
Active property preservation & pre-marketing ex*****on
Daily line-item bid reviews & over-allowables (P260, Equator, MSP)
Utility activations, HOA lien resolution & code violation curing
Vendor SLA tracking & field contractor oversight
BPO tracking & pre-listing property readiness
2+ years of hands-on REO, property preservation, or default servicing experience preferred.
