🧬 What if clinical trials started with better answers already in hand?

A leading consumer healthcare organization is looking for advanced modeling solutions that can simulate how drugs behave in the body (across pediatric, elderly, and organ-impaired populations) before a single trial begins.

They're seeking partners with expertise in:
β€” PBPK and PK/PD modeling
β€” AI/ML-powered simulation tools
β€” Organ-on-a-chip and hybrid approaches
β€” Regulatory-ready IVIVC frameworks aligned with FDA and MHRA standards

The objective is to bridge the gap between in vitro data and clinical outcomes β€” reducing trial risk, controlling costs, and accelerating OTC drug development with greater confidence.

πŸš€ NASA has a post-fire cleanup challenge: and they need outside technology to solve it.

When a fire occurs aboard a sealed spacecraft, extinguishing the flames is only the first problem. Acid gases and smoke particulates linger in the closed environment, corroding metal, etching glass, and putting crew health at risk.

NASA's Glenn Research Center is seeking innovative surface cleanup technologies that can perform in the unique constraints of space.

Requirements include:
β€” Compact and lightweight
β€” Low-power (under 50W)
β€” Non-flammable and ISS-safe
β€” Approximately 18-month shelf life
β€” Minimal moisture release

Technologies of interest include specialized wipes, plasma cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, protective coatings, and microbubble solutions.

If your technology could help protect astronauts after an onboard fire, yet2 wants to connect you with this opportunity. πŸ‘‡

For many remote tea and coffee producers, drying still depends on wood chips and biomass: and that's become a Scope 1 emissions challenge that can't be ignored.

yet2 is working with a global tea and coffee processor looking for low- and zero-CO2e alternatives to biomass and wood-fired systems used in drying, withering, oxidation, and coffee extraction.

What the solution needs to do:
β€” Heat ambient air to 120Β°C
β€” Run continuously, 24/7
β€” Be deployable and maintainable in remote locations
β€” Operate within a 2MW grid cap
β€” Match the economics of wood/biomass at ~$30/tonne

Technologies of interest include parabolic dish collectors, electric boilers, mechanical v***r recompression (MVR), heat recovery systems, and CIP optimization.

We’re on the hunt for communication platforms that can support astronaut crews and Earth-based contacts during deep-space missions.

As NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration looks ahead to Mars, one-way communication delays of 12–22 minutes will make real-time exchange impossible. The need is for asynchronous systems that can help crews stay connected with family and friends, receive mission support, and access medical guidance when immediate response isn’t an option.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

βœ… Support for text, audio, video, and file sharing
βœ… Reliable message queuing and delivery in low-bandwidth conditions
βœ… Separate, access-controlled channels for different user groups
βœ… Strong authentication, role-based access, and encryption

Relevant approaches may include high-latency collaboration tools, delay-tolerant messaging systems, telehealth platforms, and remote field communication tools.

In expert discovery, the problem usually isn’t access to names.

It’s knowing which names matter.

Broad searches can surface long lists of potential experts without answering the harder questions of whether those experts truly understand the specific problem, have relevant experience close to the application, and can provide the insights needed to move the conversation forward.

That’s where expert networks can be most useful.

When AI-powered discovery is paired with scientific vetting, targeted outreach, and real relationship-building, teams can move from broad search to better-fit expertise.

At yet2, we’ve seen this combination help innovation teams cut through volume, identify stronger matches, and reach the experts most relevant to the technical challenge at hand.

πŸ”¬ Can you make chemistry scale: safely, sustainably, and at speed?

A yet2 client is looking for manufacturing partners who specialize in flow chemistry at pilot scale and beyond (100+ kg).

If your facility can handle the extremes (temperatures from -70 to 300Β°C, pressures up to 200 bar, and a wide range of organic reactions including hydrogenation, Grignard, oxidation, and more) we want to hear from you.

Flow chemistry is transforming how the industry produces complex molecules: less waste, better safety, and seamless scale-up. Now one of our clients needs a partner to help make it real, beyond the lab.

They're seeking:
βœ… Contract manufacturers with pilot flow capabilities
βœ… Modular or high-pressure continuous flow system providers
βœ… Partners ready to go from kilograms to full production scale

If this sounds like your wheelhouse, submit your solution now πŸ‘‡

Water and wastewater treatment is energy-intensive. Yet those same facilities also generate energy during treatment, and much of it is currently lost.

A yet2 client is seeking energy recovery and integration technologies that can be built into their products to capture this energy and reduce Scope 3 emissions across water and wastewater treatment. What they are looking for:

Technologies that retrofit into existing water machinery, such as reverse osmosis units and anaerobic digesters
Recovery and reuse of varied energy types: hydroelectric, tidal, kinetic, thermal, pressure, and chemical
Developed solutions at TRL 6 to 9, including approaches proven in adjacent industries

If your organization has a proven energy recovery technology, read the full brief and reach out.

Encapsulating non-polar, solvent-like liquids is one of the harder problems in colloidal science. Conventional oil-based microcapsules leak under real-world conditions or rely on chemistries that contribute to microplastic load.

A yet2 client is seeking novel delivery, stabilization, and encapsulation technologies for complex non-polar functional liquids. The goal: protect the active, handle it cleanly, and trigger release on demand, with materials that are not classified as microplastic.

Areas of interest:

Emulsion and dispersion stabilization for non-polar actives
Bio-based, hybrid, or naturally derived encapsulation matrices with tuneable permeability and degradation
Trigger-based release: humidity, light, enzymatic, mechanical, or time-dependent
Spray-drying, electro-spraying, and supercritical CO2 processing routes
Alternative low-energy inputs including electromagnetic, acoustic, and microwave-assisted methods

Cross-industry solutions from food, home care, personal care, fragrance, agriculture, pharma, textiles, and advanced coatings are all in scope. Early-stage and low-TRL work from academic groups and startups is welcome.
