My cancer journey years ago taught me to prioritize my passions and make the most of the time I have. Under the guidance of Alicia, my mentor , I discovered my love for Pilates and eventually got certified, thanks to and .

During the pandemic, I started Track 35 Pilates from my home and was surprised by its rapid growth. Thanks to my loyal clients, we've outgrown our space and are moving to 1985 RT 34 South in the Wall Circle Park. I'm excited for this new chapter and welcoming new clients. I've already had the pleasure of meeting one of my building neighbors Kim and we already have ideas for upcoming collaborations!! Stay tuned. 🩵🩵🩵🩵.

These ladies crushed their reformer lesson last night for Teasers For Tatas.

Robyn, is a breast cancer survivor and warrior. She just returned back to Pilates a week ago post op. She attended two classes this week in support of TFT.

TFT is very dear to me since I myself am a breast cancer survivor, everything Melissa Miles and her organization have been doing with the Pilates community support is so amazing. Thank you to RealPilatesNYC Sandi Vilacoba from for introducing me to Teasers for Tatas over the years. I'm happy I can support and be a part of this.
