On Saturday night, I was honored to have the opportunity to attend the John Cook Team Roping! I assisted some of the UNL rodeo athletes with selling raffle tickets, and watched some great roping. I was also able to catch the Thundering Hooves Drill Team’s first showing of the season, and they did incredible! It was great to be surrounded by so many friendly Husker faces, including Larry the Cable Guy! This was a great event, and I hope to return next year.
