Sometimes, all it takes is a simple ritual. Brew a cup of tea, pour it into your favorite teacup, pick a pretty flower or anything that brings you joy and create a little moment just for yourself. Find a cozy spot, slow down, and romanticize the little things.

This was my little afternoon break while my baby was napping and my husband was working. 🤭
And of course, the cats made sure to join me, they always seem to make these quiet moments even more magical. 🫖

As July comes to an end, there’s a sweet sense of nostalgia. It was a rainy month here, but it’s the little joys I’ll remember most, the sound of summer rain, vegetables growing in our tiny garden, the sweet smiles and laughter of my daughter, slow breakfasts, the quiet of the countryside, wildflowers, butterflies, and the simple gift of growing older while learning to savor each day a little more.

Here’s to welcoming a new month with a grateful heart. May August be filled with slow moments, gentle days, and the intention to notice the small things that make life so beautiful. Hello, August, and thank you, July💙
