We learned VB elementary student and his family are facing incredible challenges and currently live in an efficiency. Yet when asked what he wanted most for his graduation, his request was simple: a suit. Not another suit. Not a name-brand outfit. His very 1st suit. Sometimes the smallest requests carry the biggest meaning. A suit was more than clothing. It was a reminder that he matters, that his achievements are worth celebrating, and that his future is full of possibilities.

We are honored to help make moments like this possible.

We are excited to announce that Ascent Church will be participating in our annual Jump Start event, with a team of 68, as part of their community outreach initiatives. We are the beneficiary of this Tuesday's Music Bingo at one of our partners, VB Wasserhund Brewing Company, 1805 Laskin Rd. All proceeds will support purchasing back to school PE shoes for homeless and high-needs VB students. Please join us!

Take note that schools will be on summer break, your small group might be on hiatus, and cooking may not be a priority. Consider Music Bingo night this Tuesday, June 16th at 6:30 at Wasserhund Brewing Company VB. Great food, chilled refreshments, lots of raffles including rounds of golf for 4 and Fogo de Chao dinner for 2! All proceeds support homeless children in Virginia Beach.
