******SAD, SAD DAY!!****

We lost a great family member yesterday evening. He was considered a huge part of our lives. I’m referring to PLAY PER VIEW, our gray stallion. We’re having a little service for him (mostly it’s for our family) in about an hour. He will be missed!!

There is going to be a huge announcement pretty soon! We just acquired a stallion that will be standing here in about 3 years. I won’t say more now, but I think he’s the BEST bred c**t I’ve ever seen. More to come soon!! We’re extremely excited about this one.

Just a quick note to inform our friends that we have survived Harvey! We had a great number of huge trees that didn't fare so well. The rain continues to fall and there will be an enormous amount of cleanup to restore the ranch back to its natural beauty. All the critters are doing well and of course, they never miss a meal...rain OR shine! Please pray for those that have been less fortunate...like the folks in Rockport, Aransas Pass, etc. Please don't forget about the people in Houston. This is Texas...we WILL survive this hiccup and move forward.

Well....we do have quite a mess here at the ranch. Harvey left a good many trees and other assorted debris on the ground. Our electricity is out, but with the help of our welding machine, at least we can keep frozen food frozen. Please pray for VEC to get our power grid back in operation asap. Thanks to all of you that have been praying and thanks for your kind offers of help. We will continue to pray for all those poor folks that have lost everything.
