Breakage can come from many different things.

**Heat styling- if you're not using heat-protecting products. If you are using a flat iron on chemically treated hair, such as a relaxer, you should flat-iron your hair only once a week to prevent damage.

**Healthy diet- your hair thrives off what you put into your body. I know most aren’t going to look into which vitamins promote hair growth or which foods are enriched with those vitamins. So I would recommend hair vitamins to everyone. If you're lacking something we’d be covered with those vitamins.

**Lack of a healthy hair regimen- being consistent with your hair making sure you Deep Condition your hair with every wash day or at least at once. Protective styling and moisturizing and sealing your hair is key to growing your hair.
