Customer asked if we could do a permanent trolling motor base on his X3. We did just that. All the way down to the detail of the smooth gelcoat border of the gunnel and textured in between. The base was built out of composite and fiberglass. Adhered to the original floor, fiberglassed in place, sprayed in gelcoat.

A full bottom redo for the Explorer. Also replacing trailer hubs and bunks while the boats off the trailer.

Custom diamond stitch and smooth combo complete for Joe’s Majek boat. Anchor grey with black accents.

The burned side of this Majek was removed and taken back to a good layer of glass. Time to build it back out to bring its integrity back. Need repairs? Give us a call. Windshields, cushions, gelcoat, etc. we can get your boat back in tip top shape.
Sometimes it’s amazing how things are supposedly fixed! We gave an estimate on a bottom repair from hitting a tree. The insurance company informed us that their was a previous claim from the first owner pertaining to a fire. Someone did the fire repair by screwing fiberglass over the outside of the boat sandwiching the burnt areas in between, then glassing and painting over it. All old and new material is being removed, going back with structural glass in several layers, body filler then new paint. Look for finished results next week.

This Majek Illusion will be having some hull repairs from tree damage and redoing the sides from previous work that was not done properly. Sides will be stripped back down, inspected, repaired and repainted.

Looking forward to the complete overhaul of this classic Glaston. Everything going back with original colors. We will be replacing the floor, modifications to transom, working motor cavity, upholstery, full paint inside and out, new rubrail, and all the other little details to put it to a showroom finish.

The Shallow Runner boat is complete. Work done.
1. New fuel tank, hoses and fill spout.
2. Old fuel tank removed and floor fixed with composite.
3. New placement of batteries and pumps.
4. Replaced rotten wood on riser box with composite.
5. Relocated riser box hatch doors.
6. New gelcoat floor in white with black webbing.
