Jose Barrera caught a small stingray today and I took home the fillets and cooked it up, wasn’t to bad. Think I’d do it again. 😋

Scam Notice - 9.20.22
Scammers are continuing to target Victoria residents. These scammers are calling residents with a “cloned” telephone number that appears to be from the Sheriff’s Office and are threatening residents with accusations of missing jury duty, missing a court date, having outstanding fines, etc. This is a scam. Victoria County and the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office will never call residents requesting payment for anything, especially via money-wiring apps, I.E. CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, etc.
If you receive a call like this 1) do not disclose your personal or banking information 2) hang up and 3) notify the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office directly at 361-575-0651.
