Healthy Spaghetti Squash and Lean Beef Bowl
Ingredients:
6 oz cooked 95% lean Top round steak (1 leaner)
1 cup (5.46 oz) cooked Spaghetti Squash (2 green)
1/4 cup (1.59 oz) diced tomatoes (1/2 green)
1/4 cup (1.32 oz) sliced bell peppers (1/2 green)
1 1/2 oz mashed avocado (1 healthy fat)
1 tbsp sliced green onion (1 condiment)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and ribbing. Place on a baking sheet face up a pour roughly 1/4 cup water into the pan.
Roast for 30 to 40 minutes or until squash is soft enough to shred.
Measure out serving size of spaghetti squash and store the rest for later.
In the Spaghetti Squash shell add all of your ingredients in like the photo shows!

Inside out Egg Roll
Ingredients:
1 cup (2.46 oz) cabbage, shredded (2 Greens)
1/4 cup (.89 oz) celery, chopped (1/2 Green)
1/4 cup (.88 oz) scallions, chopped (1/2 Green)
6 oz raw 93% lean ground beef or pork - you need 4.3 oz cooked (7/8 Lean)
1/4 cup egg beaters (1/8 Lean)
1/8 tsp ground ginger (1/4 Condiment)
1/8 tsp garlic powder (1/2 Condiment)
2 tbsp soy sauce (2 Condiments)
Directions:
Brown ground beef or pork. Throw the veggies in with the meat. Sprinkle stir-fry mixture with ginger, garlic, and 5-spice. Add soy sauce and egg beaters into skillet. Continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender, but firm. (No pieces of egg should be visible.) Remove skillet from heat. Serve.

It's National Boyfriend Day and 33 years ago today, outside english class, Rose agreed to be my boyfirend. A few days later she walked right by me and didn't recognize me at her gymnastics meet 🤣. Since then she have never walked by me and have always had my back! It's been a crazy ride and there is noone else I would ride with. I love you 😍 so much! ❤️

Taco Soup
6 servings; Per serving:
1 Lean. 1 Green. 3 condiments
Ingredients:
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
• 2, 10-ounce cans of Rotel
• 1 Tablespoon of taco seasonings
• 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth
• 1-2 tablespoons of Cilantro - fresh or dried
• ½ cup shredded low fat cheese for garnish
Directions:
Brown ground meat till fully cooked.
While meat is browning, place cream cheese, Rotel, and taco seasoning into crock pot.
Drain any grease off of meat and put meat in the crock pot. Stir to combine with cheese and Rotel.
Pour chicken broth over meat and cheese.
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Before serving stir in cilantro.
Garnish with shredded cheese.
