Valhalla Schools Foundation

Each year, the Valhalla Schools Foundation gives a scholarship to a graduating Valhalla HS senior who plans to study to become a teacher. The VSF Scholarship in Memory of Antonia Piria was established when that beloved teacher passed away, and bequeathed money to our Foundation for this purpose. This year’s scholarship winner is Mariana Lopez-Bedoya, shown here with our President, Allison Linsley. Congratulations, Mariana! We wish you much success!

Thank you to all in our community who participated in our Chipotle fundraiser yesterday. We gained $261.45 to put toward worthy grants (and some of us gained a pound from the yummy Burrito Bowls!)

The Valhalla Schools Foundation was so pleased to honor long time teachers Sarah Benfari and Stu Brown. These two stars, even in retirement, continue to substitute teach at our Kensico School. The evening was filled with love and appreciation!
