Guess where I am.
I'm looking for beta (early) readers for my next YA novel, "Simon's Last Stand," a project I've been actively developing for several years but have had on my mind for much longer, recalling high school group dynamics more closely than my previous works. If you're interested in reading the manuscript, let me know. Here's a tentative description: "What happens when the kid who holds everyone together is the one quietly falling apart? Simon's Last Stand is told entirely by the people watching him — the loner with a secret gift, the best friend with a buried grudge, the girl trying to hold everyone together — and before Simon disappears from their lives forever, one last adventure will force them all to reckon with everything they thought they knew about each other." [Please note that I am currently not looking for paid readers]
