When a (human) real estate agent prices your home, there are a few things we like look at. First, we pull a CMA, or comparative market analysis. This will consider the other homes in your area, using the location, square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, and sale prices to create a starting point for the fair market value of your home. Once we have that base, we can look at any renovations or upgrades you did, any repairs that might be needed, and the current market trends.
Using this information, you and I work together to come up with the perfect pricing strategy!
