Today I had a client visiting from New York. She told me she gets her lash lifts done consistently, so I asked if she wanted to trust me to choose the rod/shield I felt would flatter her most, or if she had an inspo photo.

She said, “Nope, I’ll trust you.”

I wish I had recorded her reaction when she looked in the mirror 😭 She was SO happy with the results and kept telling me how incredible they looked.

I always get a little anxious when someone who regularly gets lash lifts from someone else puts their trust in me and has high expectations. While I am confident in my work and abilites there is the what if it looks completely different that what the client is used to. In this case the completely different is what made her leave with a huge smile on her face.

I am so grateful I was able to exceed her expectations and help her leave my room with a confidence boost. Reactions like this remind me why I love what I do.
