Meet the BCBA: Amy ✨
We’re excited to introduce Amy Palacios, one of the newest BCBAs on the Transformative ABA team! She currently is assigned to help out both Corpus Christi and the Uvalde location.
Before joining us, Amy worked as a BCBA Intern and Clinical Manager at an ABA center. Her love for ABA comes from two of her favorite things: kids and science. She has always loved working with children, but what truly drew her to the field was seeing how individualized ABA can help teach life-changing skills.
Amy’s favorite part of working with children is celebrating progress, especially the “little” wins that can make a big difference. She loves helping kids build skills, gain independence, and thrive in ways that are meaningful to them and their families.
At Transformative ABA, Amy is most excited to continue growing as a behavior analyst, deepen her understanding of behavior, and learn from her team so she can better support the children and families we serve.
Outside of work, Amy is a proud Houston, Texas native. She loves reading, playing cozy video games, antique and vintage shopping, and recently started running. She also has quite the crew at home: two pitbulls, Kimbo and Spot; three cats, Wilfred, Mia, and Phoebe; and a fish tank with around 15 fish!
A few fun facts about Amy: she loves hot chips, especially Hot Funyuns, Hot Cheetos, and Takis. Her favorite TV show is Bob’s Burgers, she loves Adam Sandler movies, and she enjoys riding dirt bikes and going off-roading. She’s also an all-day beverage person: coffee in the morning, Alani in the afternoon, and tea in the evening.
Amy would love to visit Japan someday, and her current favorite book is Alchemised.
Please help us give Amy a warm welcome! 💙

She discovered her love for working with children while in the classroom and especially enjoys building connections with children and hearing their unique thoughts, ideas, and perspectives, no matter how they communicate. 💬🧩
When asked what she’s most excited about at Transformative ABA, she shared that she looks forward to continuing to grow her confidence and strengthen her connections with the kiddos we serve. 💙
A few fun facts about her:

🌟 Meet the Team: Natalia 🌟
Good morning! We’re excited to introduce one of our team members in Corpus Christi, Natalia 💙
👩🏫 Professional Background
Before entering the field of ABA, Natalia worked in the food industry and was also a certified CNA. Her passion for working with children and making a meaningful difference in their lives led her to pursue a career in ABA.
What she enjoys most about working with kids is seeing them succeed, even in the smallest moments, because those wins truly matter. As a psychology major, she was familiar with some concepts, but she’s excited to continue learning and growing in a field that was once a completely new path for her.

There are moments that remind us why we do what we do and this was one of them 💙
Our Uvalde Behavior Technicians were completely surprised with a beautiful luncheon organized by our incredible parents for Behavior Technician Day, and to say we were touched would be an understatement. The thought, the intention, and the genuine appreciation behind this gesture meant so much to our entire team.
Our technicians pour their hearts into this work every single day. They show up with patience, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the children we serve and to see that love reflected back in such a meaningful way is something we will carry with us forever.
To our Uvalde families: thank you for seeing our team, for valuing them, and for going out of your way to make them feel so deeply appreciated. This is what true partnership looks like, and we are so grateful to be walking this journey together. 💙💙💙

Today we celebrate the heart of what we do: our incredible Behavior Technicians 💙
To our Uvalde team: your patience, consistency, and compassion change lives every single day. The way you show up for our clients: teaching, encouraging, and celebrating even the smallest wins is nothing short of extraordinary. You are the reason progress happens.
We are so proud of the team we are building and the impact you are making in our community.
📸 Meet our Uvalde team ⬇️
And this is just the beginning…
Our Corpus Christi team is growing, and we can’t wait to introduce you to them next week as we celebrate RBT Appreciation Week! 🎉
Thank you to every Behavior Technician who pours their heart into this work. You matter more than you know. 💙💙💙

We may be a few days late posting this… but our hearts are still so full from Saturday 💙
Our Autism Walk was more than just an event: it was a beautiful reminder of what community really looks like. People from all different places came together with one shared purpose: to support, to connect, and to celebrate.
To our team… the heart you bring into everything you do was felt in every moment of this event. The way you show up, not just for our clients but for the entire community, is something truly special. We are so grateful for each of you.
To the families who came out, whether you’re part of our clinic or not, thank you. Thank you for spending your time with us, for sharing space, for letting your kids run, laugh, and just be themselves in an environment filled with acceptance and joy.
To our vendors: your support, your presence, and your willingness to be part of something bigger made such an impact. You helped create an atmosphere that was welcoming, fun, and meaningful for everyone who attended.
This was a completely free community event, and what was created that day was something you can’t put a price on- connection, inclusion, and genuine joy.
We are so proud to be part of a community like this. Thank you for showing up, for supporting one another, and for making Saturday something we won’t forget 💙
