A lot of y'all have been filling your freezer with our boxes for years. What changed is how we spell them out. Every box now lists exactly which cuts are in it and how many pounds, so there's no guessing at the lid.

- Top Hand, 8 lbs. Ribeye, strip, sirloin, chuck eye, plus grill cuts and ground.
- Premium Steak, 10 lbs. Porterhouse, ribeye, strip, filet, sirloin.
- Starter Kit, 4 lbs. Ground, fajita, sirloin, and a 4 oz seasoning to go with it.
- Family Box, 17 lbs. Ground, roast, osso buco, link sausage.
- Ground Beef Box, 10 lbs. The one that empties fastest.
- Best of Both Worlds, 25 lbs. Everyday cuts and premium steaks in one box.

All of it Black Angus, hand-picked out of our own herd in Knippa. Order online, pick it up free at the ranch, or meet us at a drop point in San Antonio, Boerne or Hondo.
