Congratulations to Jesus Cruz on his promotion to Vice President of Safety!

Under Jesus' leadership, MAPP has earned national safety recognition, but the awards aren’t what define his impact. It’s the work that happens every day: strengthening our safety culture, turning lessons into action, showing up on the hard days, and treating every MAPPie in the field like family. Jesus is an exceptional safety professional, but more importantly, he understands the scoreboard that matters most: every MAPPie going home at the end of the day the same way they showed up.

Since joining MAPP as an intern in 2015, Terry has become a trusted resource across the company, bringing his technical expertise, strong work ethic, and attention to detail to our Baton Rouge Preconstruction team while supporting teams across our other offices and Maintenance division.

We look forward to seeing Terry continue Raising the Bar and making an even greater impact in his new role. Congratulations, Terry!

The Louisiana Army National Guard Lafayette Readiness Center team celebrated the project’s topping-out milestone with lunch, music, and good spirits! Superintendent Mike O’Brien cooked jambalaya for the team, and several raffle prizes were given away. It was a great opportunity to recognize everyone’s hard work and celebrate the progress made on the project.

Impact in Action 🌤️ Bluer Skies volunteers partnered with First Tuesday to support St. Lillian Academy in Baton Rouge, a school serving children with learning and communication challenges.
