TLC Rides - FAQ - Will insurance cover my ride?

If you have Medicaid, your ride should be covered. Call us at (903) 630-3064 and we can help with how to get the rides paid for. All other insurances including Medicare should call the number on their insurance card and ask about reimbursements.

TLC Rides - NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation.

We transport people to and from doctors’ appointments as well as anywhere they might need to go as long as it isn’t a medical emergency.

TLC Rides - Please share our contact info with anyone you think might need a ride!

TLC Rides - Daily Living - play, mahjong, cards, or other games. Have lunch with friends!

TLC Rides - Daily Living - go to the grocery store or department store for the things you need or enjoy!

TLC Rides - join your loved ones for holidays, birthdays, reunions, graduations, weddings and funerals. Watch your grandkid’s games, concerts, or activities!

TLC Rides - for daily living - lets us take you to your regular hair and nail appointments!

TLC Rides for daily living - lets us help you attend, weekday Bible studies, prayer meetings and other events!

TLC Rides works with hospices all over East Texas to transport to and from their hospice care. Ask us about our Broda chair (gurney alternative) for passengers that might need more than a basic wheelchair.

TLC Rides partners with nursing homes and assisted living facilities all over East Texas and provide transportation to anywhere and for anything imaginable outside of emergency transportation. We can transport ambulatory, wheelchair, and Broda chair (gurney alternative) patients.
