There's an email scam circulating, asking employees to update their Microsoft Authenticator app before it expires.
If you click the link in the email and enter your Microsoft login credentials, the sender will gain access to your Microsoft account, then begin sending the same email to your contacts.
Please note: Microsoft will never email you requesting that you update your Authenticator app by a specific time.
