The BMW of Tyler Patriot Golf Classic is one of UT Tyler's most impactful fundraisers, drawing in dozens of athletes each year to play for a cause — the support of our Patriots.

UT Tyler 2024 Fall Commencement Speaker Spotlight: Dr. Antay Waters! ✨

We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Antay Waters back to The University of Texas at Tyler as our 2024 Commencement alumni speaker on Friday, Dec. 13! A proud alum of UT Tyler, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing Administration, Dr. Waters is now an assistant professor at East Texas Baptist University’s Teague School of Nursing. A board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife, Dr. Waters is a thought leader in women’s health, nursing education and healthcare risk management. She also volunteers with Refuge International in Guatemala and loves music, travel and community service. Her inspiring journey is sure to motivate and empower our graduates!
