RISE Academy - Tyler ISD

NOTICE: The City of Tyler has informed us that Texas A&M will be conducting a traffic observation study around some of our campuses today. This study is being conducted to observe the flow of traffic in different areas around Tyler. They will be in the surrounding area, wearing traffic vests and carrying clipboards. We're told they will not be on school property and shouldn't affect traffic flow throughout the day and during dismissal.

This week is National School Bus Safety Week! Let's keep our students safe! 🚌

Listen to Officer Erbaugh, stop for flashing lights—it’s the law! 🚨 Never pass when a school bus is loading or unloading, and stay off your phone in school zones. Let’s keep our kids safe. 🚸 #SchoolBusSafety Tyler ISD and Tyler PD, a proud partnership for National School Bus Safety Week! 🤝

🌟 Regular attendance helps kids feel better about school—and themselves! 💼 Good attendance is a skill that will help them succeed in high school and beyond. 🎓

⏰ Remember, even missing one or two days every few weeks can add up! Being late can also lead to poor attendance. Let’s make every day count! 💪

👩‍⚕️ Keep your child healthy and up-to-date on shots. If you’re worried about a contagious illness, call your school or healthcare provider. If your child must stay home, ask the teacher for learning resources. 📚

👋 Help your kids start the school year strong! Introduce them to their teachers and classmates. 👫 Develop backup plans for getting to school—call on a family member, a neighbor, or another parent. 🚗

🌙 Set a regular bedtime and morning routine. 🛌 Lay out clothes and pack backpacks the night before. 🎒
