Operations Manager – RV Rentals & Customer Experience

Triple W Rentals is seeking a motivated and dependable Operations Manager to oversee daily rental operations, fleet readiness, customer experience, and event logistics. We specialize in RV and golf cart rentals for major events, festivals, corporate clients, and high-end customers who expect a seamless, turnkey experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong organizational skills, customer service expertise, and experience with RVs, deliveries, maintenance, and event coordination.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day RV and golf cart rental operations
Coordinate deliveries, pickups, setups, and event logistics
Ensure all rental units are cleaned, inspected, and customer-ready
Coordinate and perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed
Troubleshoot RV systems and operational issues
Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after rentals
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
Manage schedules, inventory, and fleet readiness
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth rental ex*****on
Support operations during major events and busy rental periods

Qualifications

Experience in RV rentals, RV service, fleet management, event operations, or a related field preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic handyman and maintenance experience
Ability to tow trailers and operate trucks preferred
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors when necessary

Compensation

Pay: $1,500–$2,000 per week, based on experience
