Two Rivers is an amazing community, filled with generous people who genuinely care about one another.
St. Vincent de Paul in Two Rivers is a little unique because everyone who works here is a volunteer. No one is paid. The proceeds from the store are put right back into helping people in our community.
We deliberately keep our prices low. The items we sell are used, but our volunteers work hard to make sure they are clean, neat, and in good condition. Electronics are checked, clothing is sorted, and donated items are carefully looked over. Occasionally something slips through—we are human, after all—but our goal is always to offer quality merchandise at affordable prices.
We also offer free pickup and delivery within Two Rivers, with a modest fee for surrounding areas. There is a charge for picking up items left from rummage sales.
And this is where your donations and purchases really matter: in July alone, we returned more than $14,000 to the community through food vouchers, utility assistance, transportation such as bus passes, furnishings, and other emergency needs.
We are here to help when someone is facing an emergency or a difficult stretch.
Please support us by donating your clean, gently used items. Your donations help stock our store, keep prices affordable, and provide the funds we use to help neighbors in need.
When you donate, shop, or volunteer at St. Vincent de Paul, you are doing more than supporting a thrift store—you are helping your neighbors right here in Two Rivers

Last night the Two Rivers St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store held its annual Volunteer Appreciation Night.
What many people may not realize is that this small store is entirely volunteer run and operated. No one is paid. Every donated item sorted, rack stocked, piece of furniture moved, repair made, every delivery completed, every recycled item handled, and much of the building maintenance itself is done by volunteers.
And the result of all that work?
Last year alone, more than $164,000 was returned directly back into the Two Rivers community in the form of assistance for your neighbors in need.
That assistance included:
Shelter and housing help
Utility assistance
Food assistance
Furniture and household items
Transportation help including city and school bus vouchers
Emergency and miscellaneous needs as they arose
Behind every donation dropped off and every purchase made is a group of people quietly working to help others.
These volunteers sort mountains of donations, pick up and deliver furniture, repair usable items, recycle what cannot responsibly be sold, and keep the operation moving day after day.
This organization gives far more to Two Rivers than many people realize.
It is neighbors helping neighbors !!
And in our world today seeing people giving time that truly makes a difference is a really community service.
