This pie is our take on one of Rome's most iconic pasta dishes: Amatriciana.

We swap the guanciale for Nueske's bacon, then let pecorino, plenty of garlic, rosemary, black pepper, and good olive oil do the rest. It's simple, bold, and proof that a few great ingredients can go a long way.

Come grab a pie and pretend you're spending the afternoon wandering the streets of Rome... even if you're just hanging out in Two Rivers.

Our take on a classic New York White Pie — inspired by one of our native New York regulars, Joe.

"Brooklyn" Joe's neighborhood is home to some of the real-deal pizzerias we obsessed over while researching and dreaming up our own spot before opening. We always love chattin’ pizza with him and hearing stories about the legendary neighborhood joints that shaped his pizza standards.

This one just got the blessing from Joe and it is leveling up to the main menu!💪

Not sure if you know Joe… but he’s Somebody to us.
