A recent custom job we did:

This was the first time we had built a fully enclosed round man basket with removeable screen panels and an escape hatch.

The screen panels and the escape hatch gave us some challenges. The panels needed to be sized perfectly to fit and the escape hatch would interfere with the rigging if not done in a certain way.

We were able to come up with some innovative solutions to address these problems, again proving why Lakeshore Industrial is the go to in custom personnel lifting solutions.

A couple of large material lifting baskets shipping out yesterday, including one basket for lifting large amounts of plywood for a commercial builder.

Every basket we build is heavy-duty, built to last and load tested for your peace of mind.

Another full truckload shipment went out yesterday, with part two going out in a few days.

This shipment included 12 Material baskets to be used in a nuclear power plant.

This project involved a lot of back and forth and CAD drawings to get the specs exactly the way the customer needed for their unique project demands.

This man basket was built with rubber bumpers surrounding the entire perimeter and mid rail of the frame.

This basket will be used in windmill operations and the customer wanted to be extremely careful not to damage the windmill.

Also included with this was a custom green powder coat to match company colors.
