Update on this post: Turns out this is a legit person. They claim they never had a lawn mowing service before. I would never recommend anyone trying to prepay for any service. The work always needs to be done first and as long as we are both satisfied payment should be made. Some contractors may require a deposit for materials up front if it is a large job, but only pay reputable companies, please do your research. I've been a bit timid about about people after not getting paid by 2 of them last year. But, when someone wants to shove money in my face I question it as well. Be safe and happy weekend!

Mid season update: Thank you to all of my customers, family, and friends for making this season the best on record for my fourth year in business. Without you I wouldn't keep doing this! I can be honest with you, I don't get rich doing this, but I ain't broke either, just like everyone else that works hard and just wants to make a living. Having my own business and creating my own job has been a dream come true. Thank you to every one of you!

Just a heads up. I will never ask for money before I do a job. Most of everything I do is well within my means to get what you are asking for done. I had someone offer to pay in advance for lawn mowing like 5 times, without meeting with them in person, and I see it as a red flag. Not if it's check fraud or what but be aware. I said f**k that, find someone else. Be safe, be aware, question everyone.

Found this nest at a property I haven't mowed for a couple weeks because of the dry weather. Just a heads up how quickly these guys work. Homeowner wasn't even aware of it, but she knows now.

As of today, 6/26/26, I will no longer longer be offering any topsoil or grass seeding services.

1) Grass seed NEEDS water to grow.

2) Topsoil may have w**d seeds in it.

3) Grass seed NEEDS water to grow.

4) Grass seed mixes may have seeds that are?

5) Grass seed NEEDS water to grow.

6) I put the soil down, rake in the seed, watering and care is up to the customer, but I'm done. Some how it's my fault there are w**ds and dry soil.

7) No more of this for me.

Some pics of a crescent edgers job I did last year. Tree was there but the area was basically a sink hole with a bunch of bricks and debris. Forgot to take a before picture 😂 but this is just an example of what can be done with an area you aren't sure what to do with. Homeowner was very happy with the result.
