Grief is a journey no heart is ever truly prepared to walk.
Some days, sorrow feels as heavy as the sky. Other days, light quietly finds its way through the cracks. Yet love never leaves, and memories never fade—they simply learn to live beside the ache.
If you are carrying this kind of loss, remember: no one wants to be forgotten. As you keep their name alive, don't lose sight of your own. Honor them by extending the same compassion to yourself that you so freely give to their memory.
Healing is not a straight road. It bends, it circles, it pauses, and it begins again. There is no finish line for love, and no timetable for grief. Take each step as it comes, trusting that even on the hardest days, your heart is finding its way forward.
