2025 was a hard one emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I took some time to sit with myself and try to make sense of the what I was feeling and why. The anger I had, the guilt and the hopelessness of what I felt. I learned that most of what I was feeling, was not mine to carry. I was running on empty. I needed time to figure me out. After some needed soul therapy, I was able to release what was too heavy to carry with me into the new year. I have purged what I needed to, and looked deep into what I can and cannot control. With all of that being said, I am now able to open myself back up for what I love the most which is helping others but also filling my own cup... I am looking forward to what 2026 brings. I am not afraid to stand in my power and I am going to step fully into it. I still am not sure what that may look like.
