We have been commercial fishing since the late 1890's. 1982 we opened a smoke house and market. We still go on the lake, January-August.
Besides having smoked fish, we also carry fresh and frozen fish, seafood, spreads, lakeside sauces, pickled herring, breading.....
We smoke our fish with sweet hard wood maple. There are 6 smoke houses at our facility and we sell all throughout the mid-west. We have 2 commercial fishing boats left, the Peter Paul and the Susie-Q.
Lawyer $17.50 # while supplies last. Amazing deep fried, boiled or broiled!
Good Morning All! Tomorrow is the last Farmers Market for the Downtown Green Bay Saturday Market Season. Make sure you come down and check out what the market has to offer. It is a Family day with lots of fun for the kiddos and trick or treating. Hope to see you there!

Attention: Currently at this time there is ongoing road construction taking place on East Street in Two Rivers, where many businesses are located. These businesses will continue to operate as scheduled. Customers might have to walk a little distance to reach these local establishments, such as Susie-Q Fish Company Montana Rae's Pub The Mystic Candle.

Good afternoon! Susie Q is happy to announce that we will be back at the Downtown Green Bay Saturday farmers market.
The 1st market will be held on Saturday May 24th, and the last market will be on October 25th.
We will be there every Saturday from 7am until 12pm.
