Susie-Q Fish Company

We have been commercial fishing since the late 1890's. 1982 we opened a smoke house and market. We still go on the lake, January-August.

Besides having smoked fish, we also carry fresh and frozen fish, seafood, spreads, lakeside sauces, pickled herring, breading.....
We smoke our fish with sweet hard wood maple. There are 6 smoke houses at our facility and we sell all throughout the mid-west. We have 2 commercial fishing boats left, the Peter Paul and the Susie-Q.
