Run Club this Sunday, May 31st at 8AM!! 🏃🏼‍♀️💨

After this weekend it should perfectly alternate between Saturdays (7am) and Sundays (8am)! I have the whole schedule for the month of June attached below, so make sure to mark your calendars!😊

So far we have had a brand new face at every single run club this year!!! So grab a friend or come and meet some new friends. If you’ve been contemplating coming or too nervous to show up this is your sign! All are welcome- walk, run or jog we are just happy you are here🫶🏻

RUN CLUB THIS SUNDAY!!! 💕💚

We start at 8AM and this weekend we are wearing pink and green on our run, walk, jog, just for fun:-) So find something pink and/or green and get your butts to The High Lift! Get outside, admire the fresh flowers coming in on Mariners Trail, get some exercise, make some friends and of course, enjoy some coffee!

Second pic is the first bit of pink and green I could find in my camera roll, so it gives me the opportunity to humbly brag about my 6’4” umbrella tree branch🤭 hopefully some exciting High Lift plant announcements soon! So stay tuned🌱🫶🏻

We had an incredible time last week at Run Club🏃🏼‍♀️💨

We are meeting again tomorrow, Saturday, May 16th at 7AM!! I won’t be there to direct things this week, but I have no doubt some regular faces will keep things on track! Bring a friend and enjoy a coffee after:) As always everyone is welcome, run, walk, jog or rollerblade (as someone did last week!). There are no rules! Just get outside and make some cool run club friends🫶🏻😊

An exciting and busy week at The High Lift! ☕️

We had a pretty cool Book Club that met at the shop on Tuesday! They enjoyed a Cinco De Mayo set up and snacks while discussing To Kill A Mockingbird! 📖

And as you may have seen if you have stopped in or follow on instagram- it is a propagation paradise over here right now! 😂🌱 At the start of the week we sawed our biggest monstera into 20 cuttings! Yesterday I got to work on all the succulents! I apologize for the mess and space it has taken up- but I hope to offer some High Lift plants babies to all of you soon! 🫶🏻

For now we have some free succulent leaves for anyone to snag and try propagating little babies yourself!!

Saturday, April 25th 7AM- We will kick things off with an easy 2 miles, run, walk or jog! Anybody of any skill level is welcome to participate! 🫶🏻

To celebrate, we will be giving everyone that attends a free drink of their choice! There will also be special “High Lift Run Club” merch available to pre-order!
