Big congratulations to Jose Andres Ramos Lemus, Lukas Garza, and William Avalos on successfully completing the South County Fire Academy this weekend!

Graduating the academy is no small accomplishment. It takes discipline, long hours, teamwork, and a willingness to push through challenges most people never see. We’re proud of the hard work these three put in to reach this milestone and excited to see them continue their fire service journey here at Turlock Rural Fire.

Today, Turlock Rural firefighters competed in the Patterson Apricot Festival Firefighter Muster hosted by West Stanislaus Firefighters.

Crews earned 2nd place overall and took 1st place in the water ball competition. 🙌

These events are always a good mix of teamwork, friendly competition, and representing your department alongside other crews from around the region. Nice job out there today, everyone! 🤝
