Summer `22 New Student Orientation (in-person) Campus Showcase events are coming, as well as a few virtual showcases!
Deadline: Tuesday, May 31st, 2022. The link to register your booth space is listed in our bio and will remain active until 11:59 p.m.
A big part of orientating new students is giving them the opportunity to learn about campus life and briefly experience the amazing Student Organizations, Campus Departments, Programs and Groups that CSU Stanislaus has to offer. The success of these events and future involvement of the new students will be heavily reliant upon booth participation and engagement. We strongly encourage booths to provide interactive elements through promotions, drawings, games, and swag giveaways. Proactive displays increase overall interest!
All Showcase events will be held in the new University Student Center Valley Conference Room. For our in-person First-Year dates, we are excited to introduce a new format, the Student Organization Fair, which will be held in the evening. This will allow our First-Year students more time at the Showcase and Fair to visit each booth. All Transfer Showcases will still include Campus Departments, Programs, Groups and Student Organizations. Click the link in our bio to register!
