Thrilled to have our own Bailey J. Siegfried inducted into the Tulsa Tech Hall of Fame. Throughout his career, Bailey has focused on strengthening the bonds between education and industry, expanding opportunities for students, and championing STEM Education to help people discover not only what they can do, but what they can become.

Internships at aren’t just about learning and development; they include plenty of team-building activities too. As our interns noted, it’s much easier to work together when you can have fun together. We’re grateful for the outstanding work these students put into their summer intern projects and will be sharing what they learned soon.

Today, we celebrated an incredible milestone, honoring Jeff James, one of our longtime press panel fabricators, as he retired after becoming the first NORDAM stakeholder to reach 50 years of service.

Jeff joined NORDAM at just 19 years old and has seen decades of growth, new facilities, evolving technology and changing processes. Through it all, one thing has remained constant: "The mentality of the NORDAM family has been kept. Ray always considered that NORDAM was a family business, and that's continued throughout the whole 50 years I've been here."

Jeff believes teamwork has always been the key to success, working together to build quality products and deliver them on time, and treating one another with respect. As he begins retirement, he's looking forward to spending more time with his wife camping and boating at Fort Gibson Lake and finally getting his 1968 Dodge Charger back on the road.

Thank you Jeff, for five decades of craftsmanship, dedication, and teamwork. Congratulations on an extraordinary career and a well-earned retirement.

No matter their role, interns learn the fundamentals of aerospace composites and develop practical hand layup skills. This hands-on learning helps them better understand how aerostructures are manufactured and repaired, and how their work connects to teams across the organization.

It was a great weekend at the annual Stakeholder Picnic! We enjoyed cheering on the Tulsa Drillers at ONEOK Field, and this year’s picnic t-shirt gave a nod to the 100th anniversary celebration of while also recognizing ’s 57 years in business.
