Had a great time at the annual 89er Days Parade in Guthrie yesterday. I always appreciate the opportunity to meet with Oklahomans while participating in local traditions across the state.

I recently spoke at a meeting of the College Republicans at Oral Roberts University. We shared a conversation about leadership and prayed for my campaign. I was impressed by the faith and hope for the future these young men and women expressed that evening. Thank you for having me.

The dedication of the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce was so evident in our meeting. The passion they have for their community inspires and reminds me of the importance of policy driven solutions. I look forward to having the opportunity to fight for Oklahoma communities like these if elected Senator.

This past week I was given the opportunity to address the Weatherford Rotary Club. Meeting with civic clubs provides me with a unique perspective on the way community leaders identify and solve problems in their own communities.

I spoke with the Stephens County GOP this week. As I travel the state I see first hand the importance local parties serve in their communities.

I want to thank the Heart of Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce for their hospitality this week. I always value the opportunity to listen to small business owners and community leaders across the state.

This week, I met with community leaders in Elk City to discuss policies that help local families, farmers, and small businesses thrive.
