It’s bittersweet when our preschoolers age out of our program. And while it’s hard to say goodbye, we are so proud of each and every one of them.

One of the 3Y classrooms at Briarglen invited families to an End of the Year Celebration where they enjoyed silly dances, a song from the heart, special awards that captured everything that makes each child uniquely them, and moments we’ll carry long after the school year ends.

And those handprints on Ms. Stephanie’s dress? Every single one belongs to a child who made this year unforgettable for her and her co-teacher, Ms. LaDonna.

We’ll miss these kids and all the little learners who are moving on to bigger things! We’re also excited to see them spread their wings!

We are a proud partner of Green Country Habitat for Humanity - Tulsa, an incredible nonprofit organization devoted to building quality affordable homes for hardworking Tulsa area families. 💚 🏠

June is Immigrant Heritage Month, and we are proud to celebrate the richness that immigrants bring to our society! At CAP Tulsa, we are committed to fostering respect and understanding of all cultures this month and every month.

We appreciate the countless positive impacts that immigrants make in our community and nationwide.

At our headquarters last week, we celebrated the retirement of our beloved John Dodd. Cheers to 19 years of dedication, heart, and service to CAP Tulsa and the families we have served! The party theme was inspired by his milestone 66th birthday (which is today, June 1). 🎈

The room was filled with stories, laughter, and so much love as colleagues reflected on the history they’ve shared with John and the difference he’s made. Our Executive Director shared one of the many letters John wrote over the years about how CAP Tulsa families have impacted his life.

Known for his kind heart, his limitless knowledge, his willingness to help, and his exceptional people skills, John Dodd always made the workplace feel like a community.

Wishing you the happiest of retirements, John! You leave behind a legacy that will continue to inspire us.
