Due to inclement weather, our office will not open until 12:30 tomorrow. If you have an appointment in the morning, we will contact you to reschedule. Thank you for your understanding and stay safe!

We will be open tomorrow at 8 am as usual. If you are coming in for an appointment, please be safe and we look forward to seeing you.

Here at Tulsa Eye Associates we continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and are following the published recommendations of the CDC, American Academy of Ophthalmology and Oklahoma Academy of Ophthalmology by canceling routine patient appointments. We will continue to see patients with urgent/emergent needs.

As our office remains open, we remain focused on the health and safety of our patients and staff, and avoiding further spread of the virus through the implementation of the following protocols:

1) We have greatly expanded measures to disinfect our office including cleaning between each patient appointment.
2) To limit any potential exposure, we ask you NOT to bring any non-essential person(s) with you to the appointment.
3) If someone must accompany you to your appointment, we ask that they do not enter the office, if at all possible.
4) If you have an upcoming appointment and identify with the following statements, please do not come directly to the office, but instead call us:
• Fever greater than 99.0
• A cough, even if you do not personally have concerns about it
• Respiratory symptoms or difficulty breathing
• Exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the past 14 days
• Placed in self/hospital quarantine by medical doctor

Your health and that of our staff is our guiding priority and we continue to update our protocol to ensure safety for everyone. If you have questions regarding these evolving protocols, please contact our office.

Please continue to be patient with us as we have a reduced staff when trying to cancel and reschedule appointments. We again want to thank you for choosing Tulsa Eye Associates for your eye care needs.

As of 03/17/2020 at 1:45 pm, we are currently open and seeing patients.

We do ask that if you have shown any COVID-19 symptoms, flu like symptoms or fever in the past 48 hours that you call to reschedule.

If you have an appointment for a later date and wish to reschedule to this week or next week, then you are welcome to call and we will be happy to get you in. This applies for both Dr. Ronk and Dr. Soto's schedule.
