The Robbie King Project: Tulsa's Classic Rock & R&B Powerhouse

When The Robbie King Project takes the stage, they bring with them a sound as rich and soulful as their Tulsa roots. Blending the timeless grit of Classic Rock with the smooth groove of R&B, the band is a collective of veteran musicians united by a passion for powerful, live music.

At the heart of it all is guitarist and vocalist Robbie King, a blues-driven player whose sophisticated fretwork and captivating vocals lead the charge. Complementing Robbie’s musicality is vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Robert Combs, whose versatility on keys, guitar, and harmonica adds a layer of depth and richness to every song.

The band’s rhythm section is anchored by two Oklahoma natives: bassist Trey Hill, who favors a melodic, "complex simplicity" inspired by legends like Paul McCartney; and drummer Kevin "The Hammer" Daily, a self-taught force from Hawaii who has spent years sharing stages with giants like Santana and BB King.

Whether they’re tearing through a classic rock anthem or pouring their soul into an original blues track, The Robbie King Project delivers a musical experience that is both authentic and exhilarating. Their performances are more than just a show—they're a journey through the history of rock and R&B, powered by a genuine love for the craft.

The Robbie King Project has been working very hard to bring great Classic Rock,Soul and Blues to North Eastern Oklahoma. We hope to see many of our Broken Arrow and Tulsa fans in venues near you.
