Some of the most expensive construction problems start as very small decisions on paper. 👀
That’s why a good floor plan is about so much more than deciding where each room goes. It’s about thinking through how the home will actually function before construction begins.
Because the cheapest place to fix a problem is on paper. ✏️

Throughout this full remodel, we found ways to bring in our client’s personality, interests, and lifestyle while holding onto some of the character that made the original home special.
The goal was never to make this home look like everyone else’s. It was to make it feel like his.
As a part of a full-property renovation, we completely reimagined this home for its new owner.
Today, we’re taking you inside the 100% custom kitchen and some of the decisions that made this space work harder, feel bigger, and fit the way our client lives.
Stay tuned… there’s a lot more of this transformation to show you. 👀
