A packed house on the jobsite this morning. I have such an amazing Team of Subcontractors that work so well together. They don't mind the overlap. We are all here to get the job done.

A lot of activity on our jobsite today. New fire service line in, one of two gas line replaced, new fence underway, new rooftop package units being installed and my favorite flooring experts at Commercial Cleaning and Restoration working hard on the inside of our building cleaning and prepping concrete for new flooring. Aj and his team are amazing. Their Customer Service is by far the best in their industry. Whenever I am faced with tough flooring conditions, AJ is my first phone call. He responds to urgent matters quickly and provides detailed estimates that offer cost effective options. I highly recommend CC&R.

New project underway. Super excited to be part of building a day school. Monday we begin laying underground plumbing.
