🏡 A couple of reasons to celebrate this week.
First, this Rita Ranch investment property is officially closed. A huge thank you to my repeat clients for trusting me once again to help with the sale. Repeat business is one of the greatest compliments I can receive, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to work together again.
Second, after nearly 4 months of searching, touring homes, writing offers and staying patient, I was able to get a referral buyer (who has become a friend along the way) under contract on a home that checks the boxes they were looking for. The right house doesn't always show up on day one, but patience and persistence paid off.
Real estate isn't always about quick wins. Sometimes it's about building relationships, staying the course, and being ready when the right opportunity presents itself.

Been a couple days behind on posting because things have been busy lately, but I wanted to share a few recent wins for some awesome clients.
#1 Just Sold
Big congratulations to my buyers on their new home! We found a great fit for their growing family with incredible Rincon Mountain views. We were also able to negotiate closing cost assistance and secure a 3.75% fixed interest rate on a brand-new build. Excited for them to start this next chapter.
#2 Under Contract
Congratulations to my sellers! We got their home under contract in just 18 days, well ahead of the average market time, and secured a strong offer for them. I originally met them over 7 years ago at an open house and helped them purchase another home back then, so it means a lot that they trusted me again to help with this sale.
#3 Under Contract
Special shout-out to my gym friends for trusting me through the process. We were able to negotiate excellent terms on a great bridge home with awesome upgrades and a backyard that’s going to be perfect for summer.

Day 100 of 100 done! 4.10 miles.
I did it!
100 straight days and a total of 234.53 miles.
What’s crazy is I hadn’t run more than 30 miles in a month since 2015… and during this I hit 40, 60, and 96 mile months.
Super thankful my body held up through it. Definitely earned a week of rest and recovery before I build back up again.
Next goal is probably 40–60 miles a month while working with Chris Treanor to get stronger and leaner.

Got out early to beat the heat.
Busy day ahead wrapping up contracts and tying up loose ends before the trip. Realtor’s curse, everything gets busy right before vacation.
This one will be a bit of a working vacation, but still looking forward to it.
1 day remaining. Feeling decent and ready to finish.
Day 98 of 100 done. 4.08 miles.
Got a bit of a later start today after handling some stuff around the house and working through contracts.
Knocked out the run, now heading to the gym followed by acupuncture, definitely looking forward to that.
Still a busy day ahead with more contracts and a few things to wrap up.
4 miles a day is no joke on the body. Ready for some rest, and thankfully that’s coming this weekend.
